In McKinney, Jack from Doorstep Digital recently completed a project for Mr. Bales, that included the digital conversion of precious and memorable family videotapes. Mr. Bales chose Doorstep Digital because he preferred a local and reliable service for digital conversion as he wanted comfort and peace of mind in handing over the priceless tapes. He was not comfortable mailing these invaluable tapes.
Before handing over the tapes to Jack, Mr. Bales had a detailed conversation with him and also showed some of the tapes that contained invaluable memories of his children and wife. He was very excited to give these converted digital tapes as a surprise to his wife and his kids as a Christmas Gift.
Jack: Good morning. We’re here in McKinney with Mr. Bales. We just wrapped up a good project for him. Just wanted to let him share his story as we deliver his tapes. Conversion.
Mr. Bales: Yeah, I found Doorstep Digital online and found good reviews and thought I’d find something better than just a company. I would have to send it in the mail, where you just feel a little bit worried about if it’s going to make it to and fro carefully or certainly. And Jack here with Doorstep Digital made me feel comfortable taking our priceless video tapes from childhood times and birthdays of our children and got those originals back to me safely and everything converted digitally and very happy with the process and plan on doing some more converting with him in the future.

Mr. Bales: Yeah, like that from those early years before the digital age when now everything’s already done digitally in the first place. So it’s nice to get this all converted and it’s going to be a little surprise for my wife for Christmas.
