Friendly easy to talk to workers. Jack is easy to get ahold of and work out what they can do for me in a timely manner. I was testing to get their process for a Chirstmas gift for my mom on a place she can send her family videos to to get converted to digital. I was also happy to see updates on the steps of getting the videos converted from arriving at there site, starting the conversion process, and when they were finished and being brought back.

Digital Doorstep was professional and easy to work with. We had old 9 mm films that were found in a basement. They reviewed the films and digitally put them onto a hard drive. It was so much fun to have these films to watch with family! Highly recommend them!
